Privacy Policy — Ashley Izaguirre Realty

This Privacy Policy explains what information Ashley Izaguirre Realty (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit this website or contact us through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Ashley Izaguirre is a Texas-licensed real estate sales agent sponsored by Decorative Real Estate (TREC License # 9010391). The mailing address for privacy questions is the broker’s office: 3300 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX 75043. For the fastest response, email us at contact@yourdoglovinrealtor.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we actually need to respond to you and run this site:

Information you submit through forms. Name, email address, phone number (optional), property of interest, and the contents of your message. On the listing-inquiry form we may also collect your financing status, timeline, and whether you’re working with another agent.
Information collected automatically. When you load a page we record the URL visited, a coarse referrer (e.g. “google.com”), the date, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address. The salt rotates daily, so the hash cannot be used to identify you across days, and we never store the raw IP.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and listings people actually look at, which cities they come from, and how they found us. It is configured for measurement only: Google Signals and ad personalization are switched off, so your visit is not fed into advertising audiences and is not combined with your Google account. We do not run any advertising pixel — no Meta Pixel, no ad-network tags. If you submit one of our forms, Google Analytics records that a form was completed and which of the three forms it was; the name, email address, phone number and message you typed stay with us and are never sent to Google.
Spam protection. When you send one of our forms we keep a one-way keyed hash of your IP address and of the email address you entered, together with the time and which form it was. It lets us cap how many messages one sender can push through and is the only thing standing between Ashley’s inbox and an automated flood. The hashes cannot be turned back into an address, and the records are deleted after seven days.
Cookies. Two kinds. A short-lived first-party session cookie protects forms against cross-site request forgery and remembers your input if you have to correct an error; it expires when you close your browser. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_<stream id>), which hold a randomly generated number that lets it tell a returning visitor from a new one. They last up to two years and can be refused — see section 8.

3. How we use your information

To answer your inquiry, schedule a showing, or follow up on a transaction.
To send you property information you requested.
To meet recordkeeping obligations under Texas Real Estate Commission rules.
To understand which pages and listings perform best, in aggregate.
To detect and prevent abuse of the contact and inquiry forms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use the analytics data described above to build advertising audiences. We will not use it for purposes you have not reasonably anticipated when you contacted us.

4. With whom we share information

Our sponsoring broker, Decorative Real Estate, as required by Texas brokerage law and only when relevant to a transaction.
Service providers we rely on to run this site, for example our outbound email host. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and may only use your information to provide the service to us.
Google LLC, which processes the analytics data described in section 2 on our behalf under the Google Analytics terms of service. Google may process it on servers in the United States and other countries. Google is not permitted to use it for its own advertising purposes, and we have disabled the settings that would allow it.
Government or law-enforcement authorities when we have a good-faith belief disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order.
A successor entity if Ashley’s business is ever transferred, merged, or sold; in that case, your data remains subject to this Policy.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry submissions and email correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless TREC recordkeeping rules require longer retention for transaction-related records.
Pageview analytics (URL + hashed visitor + timestamp): 30 days, after which the daily-salt that produced the hash is gone and the records are unlinkable.
Spam-protection records (hashed sender, timestamp, form): 7 days.
Google Analytics data: retained by Google for at most 14 months, after which the underlying event and user records are deleted automatically. Aggregate reports (visits per page, per month) survive that deletion because they contain no individual records.
Documents and listing media uploaded by us as part of an active or sold listing: retained as long as the listing is published, plus a reasonable archive period.

6. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us at any time to:

Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
Send you a copy of that information.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete it (subject to recordkeeping obligations).
Tell us not to contact you further.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) gives you the same rights and adds the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising: our analytics runs with Google’s advertising features switched off, which is what keeps it out of that category. There is therefore no “Do Not Sell or Share” link to honor. If we ever turn those features on, this Policy will say so before we do, and the link will appear. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) provides comparable rights. To exercise any right, email contact@yourdoglovinrealtor.com from the address you originally contacted us with so we can verify your identity.

7. Children

This website is intended for adults inquiring about real-estate services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. How to opt out of analytics

You have three ways to keep Google Analytics from measuring your visit, and none of them affects how the site works for you:

Install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which switches analytics off on every site you visit, not just this one.
Block or delete cookies for this domain in your browser settings, or browse in a private window.
Use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We honor it, though it changes little here: we already do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.

Older browser-level “Do Not Track” headers are not honored by Google Analytics, so we do not claim to act on them. The first-party pageview log described in section 2 uses no cookie and stores only a daily-rotating hash, so there is nothing in it to identify or opt out of.

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected against forgery and bot abuse. Login credentials for the admin panel are stored as bcrypt hashes; raw passwords are never written to disk or logs. Files you upload as part of a listing inquiry (if you do) are stored on the same server, behind authentication, and are not made publicly browsable. No system can be made absolutely secure, but we follow current best practice.

10. Third-party links

This site links to a small number of third-party documents (TREC forms hosted on trec.texas.gov) and may, on listing detail pages, embed map services. Those services have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for them. We will tell you, in plain language, when you are about to leave this site.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our practices evolve or as the law changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of the page; we encourage you to review it periodically.

This Policy is informational and does not, in itself, constitute a contract or legal advice. It has been drafted in good faith to reflect industry-standard practice for a single-agent real-estate website whose only third-party measurement tool is Google Analytics, run with advertising features disabled. Before final go-live, the sponsoring broker’s compliance contact (or outside counsel familiar with TREC, CCPA, and TDPSA) should review and approve the language.
